Data stored on your device

Your game progress, such as scores and settings, is saved only on your device. We do not run player accounts and do not receive this data.

Advertising

Our games are free and show ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may process:

In Switzerland, the EEA and the UK, we ask for your consent before ads are personalized. On iPhone, Apple also asks whether apps may track you. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not based on your interests. You can change your choice at any time in the game's settings or in your device settings.

Google processes this data under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Purchases

If a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of the purchase but no payment details.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Where data is processed

Google may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by Google, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@alpinepixel.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local authority.
